We here at Anderson's and Sons take all customers' issues and complaints seriously and try our best to come to a reasonable solution as soon as possible. The vehicle in question is a 2010 GMC Acadia. This vehicle is 12 years old. It was sold for $10,995 and priced as a 12 year old vehicle with the years of use. The problem that our customer has issues with has been an ongoing computer problem that has taken many trips to back to our service department to diagnose. We had a hard time making the issue repeat itself and once we could get it to repeat itself, it was a process of elimination and in the end it was determined to be in the BCM or Body Control Module (computer), we replaced the BCM and had a GM dealer reprogram the unit. We believe this fixed the issue. The customer was only charged the one-time repair fee of $75. As it is troublesome for return trips to try to diagnose an issue, electrical issues in a vehicle are some of the hardest to find! We have numerous time and resources in resolving this issue and stand behind our commitment to take care of the issue.

We are paying close to 11,000 on a 2006 G6 GT with all the interest in everything and now with how they cut the carpet in it, the value has gone way down. \r\nAnd with the seat, yes we got a different seat, not sure whether is it's new or not, no one even told us they were putting it in, so again lack of communication. We picked up the car from an oil change and there was a different seat in it.
