This vehicle is 12 years old. It was sold for $10,995 and priced as a 12 year old vehicle with the years of use. The problem that our customer has issues with has been an ongoing computer problem that has taken many trips to back to our service department to diagnose. We had a hard time making the issue repeat itself and once we could get it to repeat itself, it was a process of elimination and in the end it was determined to be in the BCM or Body Control Module (computer), we replaced the BCM and had a GM dealer reprogram the unit. We believe this fixed the issue. The customer was only charged the one-time repair fee of $75. As it is troublesome for return trips to try to diagnose an issue, electrical issues in a vehicle are some of the hardest to find!
